Return & Exchange Policy

At Kalparun, we strive to offer detailed product listings with accurate descriptions to help you make confident purchasing decisions. Every product goes through strict multi-level quality checks before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges on eligible items. Kindly note, we do not accept returns or refunds at this time.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange is available only for domestic (India-based) orders.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests will not be accepted due to minor colour variations, fabric expectations, or quality perception, as slight differences in colour may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Exchange is applicable only on purchases made from our official website: www.kalparun.com.

Exchange Process

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A processing fee of ₹200 per article will be charged for exchange.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at cottonluxeindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for sending the product back to us.
  • Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. After approval, the replacement item (in your requested size) will be shipped within 24–48 working hours.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be accepted.
  • Exchange is only valid for the same product or another of equal or higher value.
  • Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchanges.

  • Kindly pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • We recommend using Speed Post (India Post) for secure and reliable delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Only COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can be cancelled, and only before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • To request a cancellation, please email cottonluxeindia@gmail.com with your Order ID.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of raw materials or fabrics.
  • Website listing errors (product or price).
  • Internal risk assessment flags (such as suspected fraud or payment issues).

Our decision on order cancellation shall be final and binding.

Refund Policy

At Kalparun, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered. However, we do provide a size exchange option for eligible products. Please refer to our Exchange Policy above for more details.
